According to the brochures, red, white, teal and silver were offered after 1990. Teal replaced black at that point.

I think the CUCV is overpriced by $2000 to be a good deal, the middle one with the flat bed, to much and I woudln't waste my time going to see it. The last one IMO is the best option and I'd offer $1600 in hopes to get it for $1800. I appreciate the guy is being honest up front too and telling what it needs done to it. Doesn't appear he's hiding anything, and not sugar coating a thing. That's how I seel things. I tell the good, bad and ugly. I like to sleep at night, and I don't want someone coming back pist off either.

Try typing in just "Chevy Truck" or "GMC Truck" and you'll get better results. The way you're searching you're missing all the ones that put the "19" at the front of the year in their ad and could be missing some good ones.

Those were called Suburbans as well until the 2000 model year (or around that time)

That 81 Lifted 3/4 ton with new motor isn't to bad other than it's a rust bucket. The motor alone is $1500 or more if you were to buy a GM crate 350. Try to work him down some for the rust cuz you know you're likley to have to pay someone to fix it. And don't forget the one on here in NC. How far is that from you?
