2+ ton big block trucks came with factory headers...I am not aware of any big block pickups or Burbs with factory headers.

I didn't think so, but I retracted that statement because I wasn't 100 percent and didn't want to look like an ass, but if that is a 4x4, I'll have your baby. :roflbow:

Mine has them, IIRC HRPC's 454 truck has them too. They are mid length/shorty design, not long tubes like the CL idiot says.

I need a pressure pot sand blaster to rehab some patio furniture. HF sells three different models, none of them get great reviews, but at least the large one comes with a better nozzle which eliminates many of the complaints about the smaller units. Found the one I want on CL for $50, they sell for $130 new.

Not trusting the picture alone, I email the guy to confirm it's the 110 lb model. He replies it is. I let him know I'm on my way and I'll be there in 45 minutes. He replies "great".

Get to his house and he's not there. The wife doesn't know anything about it so she calls his cell and says he's on his way. Twenty minutes later he shows up and pulls out the blaster. I notice right away it looks too small and the better nozzle isn't there. Look at the label and in big letters it says 40 lbs. I tell him it's the wrong one and he starts to argue that it is. I point to the label and the model number and tell him he doesn't know what he's talking about. Got back in the car and drove 45 minutes home.

CL needs some sort of basic IQ test before posting to eliminate the *********.

Standard 90-92 305 cluster.

I'm thinking I do want to do one of those Camaro converstions with the 7000 rpm tach that redlines at 5K, and the what is it 140mph speed? That tach should be almos accrurate for the Olds 455. I intend for the Olds to make alot of power, but going to be about a 5500 rpm redline. BBO don't like like alot of rpm but don't need it either.

Cool, and its all NON electronic? I still want to use my Variable Pitch Th400 with a 1400 stall and hit the toggle swith and have 2200 stall. As much as I don't care for the 3.21 rear gear ratio in the 84C20 with the 14b Full Floater rear end, I think I'm going to go ahead and run the Olds 455 /Variable Pitch Th400 with it since I won't have OD and BBO don't like high rpm cuz they are such a heavy rotating assembly masses, they will come apart in the bottom end without extensive work like lightening the assembly adding main cap girdles and straps etc. With all the low end torque and the 2200 stall, I still think it'll take off pretty good with the 3.21's and yet still have some top end for interstate cruising. Sometimes I think I should punt the Olds 455/Variable Pitch Th400 but it's always been a fascination of mine, and I also like the idea of having a very uniquely powered square that will be all OEM bolt in with absolutley no fabricaiton. Anyone can do a Chevrolet engine, and I'm sure there are some out there with an Olds power plant, but I bet I might possibly have the only one with a Variable Pitch Th400.

Yeah, the speedo does have the provision for the cruise control but is cable operated. The one I had in the convo thread is on its way to WV.

Ireland posted a pic of an Olds powered square awhile back.
