I meant besides the passenger corner. Not much rust
....and about the wheels. If your 95 Suburban is the 6 lug 4x4 they'll work fine. but not if it's a 2wd 5 lug burb.
Yeah it's a Suburban K1500 so half ton 4x4 which is indeed 6 lug. I will think about those wheels. I can't afford them right now but at least I know what to look for.
As for the $500 truck, should I be worried about frame damage? Maybe I can trade this guy a laptop or a website or something else. I only have $16 right now...
It's definitely something to look at before buying but I'd be surprised if there was frame damage on that and if there is it'd be very fixable. You'd probably be able to tell by just crawling under it real quick and taking a look around.
How can you fix frame damage? I thought that meant the vehicle is basically junk.
Any reputable shop will have a machine they can throw your truck on to straighten out a bent/tweaked frame. There is a point where the bend in the frame is too severe where it's not fixable but the impact would be MUCH larger than what appears to be on that $500 truck. There are other ways to check and then straighten a frame on your own. Someone like @bucket or @Georgeb (and I'm sure several others on here) would have more info on that
