Russel fittings makes spring loaded bleeders. one man deal. put a clear plastic hose on the bleeder, put end in can or 2L bottle, crack bleeder [will take a bit to find how much to turn out]. pump pedal a few strokes. close bleeder, move to next in line. works great. Rod in AZ

never heard of speed bleeders until today. I really need to get up with the times......and use the search function more often before posting.
