Best way to transport 19 55 gallon barrels?

So the new Ford bumpers are 3 pieces of steel and 1 big piece of plastic. The trailer plug is in the center piece. This is what I have cut out now:

Do you want to finish the cuts and bend the 90* on the long edge? I can finish it, but guessing on what you want. Can you, finish cutting and the bend?

I posted this here because it's difficult to post pictures on the personal messages. Also maybe someone reading has a suggestion.

Note: Stupid Ford, need a new factory bumper, you got to buy many little pieces and hardware.

to the plastic portion just pops in the bracket? Depending on how i want to do things, I might even use another piece as an L bracket to extend this further down, so you could leave it as is

Okay. To be clear, I am not looking to make money here, the stuff is pulled from scrap metal salvage.
