Anybody got a fully functional cassette player?

Looking for a working cassette tape deck for 1987 GMC Sierra Classic. Only want original / OEM set-up. Radio works great in mine, but it eats tapes.

Would other gm divisions radios be acceptable or only what squares came with

I have an electronic tune that I'm cleaning up but haven't tested yet. Same one that's in my '87. I think it's missing the treble button though, but you can usually find those .

Retro-sound makes a wonderful plug and play deck with Bluetooth and a wonderful FM tuner. I had a cassette with a cord to plug into my phone but there is no comparison. If it’s your cassettes you miss I guess i could understand. Not sure if they could be available in another format. Check the scrap yards near you, also check stereo shops in the area for take-offs. A few on EBay, most say for parts, they don’t want to guarantee.

You can send yours out to be serviced by any of the multiple radio refurb outlets. Quick google search will get results. You could have them possibly add bluetooth, RCA's and auto inputs also.
