Yep, Isuzu and GM have been in bed together for a very very long time. Remember the Old Chevy Luv? That was a knock off of the old Isuzu Pup. Junk nonetheless, but still. Isuzu has also stepped up quite a bit over the years. I still won't go as far as saying they are all that, but they have made drastic improvements. Also, if you like Chevy Trailblazer, Isuzu has a model that is made on the same assembly line as the Chevy Trailblazer, and GMC Envoy. You can get the Isuzu for a whole lot cheaper than the Trailblazer and Envoy too. And today, with debadging being popular, you could buy the Isuzu and debade it and noone would know the differance. Same as Isuzu Hombre being an S-10. Those cube trucks too with the funnly looking front cab are also made by Isuzu with Isuzu Diesels and they run pretty good and great on mpg for the size of the truck.
Edit*** Now I see Iman brought up the little cab over trucks. Thats what I was reffering too. Those are damn good little trucks. You might be shocked at the price too if you went box truck or cutaway chassis van shopping. That Isuzu cab over is pretty dang cheap in comparison. Or at least as was back in like 95 or 96 when I was shopping for commerical trucks for the appliance/electronics/furniture store I was the delivery manager of.
