Can a 87 stock power steering pump be used on a 2018 LT Gen V engine? Is there anyone that make brackets to use the stock pump or do we have to make our own brackets? Any pictures out there where some of you have done this? OR how much trouble is it to use the doner vehicle stock 2018 steering assist system for this swap?

All help is appreciated

Why not use the newer pump and adapt the old lines to it?

I believe the Gen V LT series utilize electronic power steering as well as an engine driven vacuum pump for brake assist. Probably need to look into accessory brackets and pulleys for the swap into a square body.
