86 350 with flat top pistons?

I got a donor 350 engine from a 86 c20 Scottsdale for my 86 k30. My k30 has dished pistons but when i scoped the c20 it has 2 way relief flat tops is this normal?

Are there any numbers stamped in the tops of the pistons, like "030" or something?

Didnt look that hard was looking for amount of carbon on piston and at walls. I am not going to pull heads just changing intake, new edelbrock, valve covers. Also took stainless manifolds off plugged AIR HOLES. I got it from truck stashed in a barn with 58,000k on it my cousin found for body parts. It was 86 c20 Scottsdale. Could it be that way from factory.

Everything seemed to be original numbers check out as much can be. From what i can find

I forgot to get crank number and suffix codes from behind alternator. The suffix codes look strange last couple digits look hand done like not first ones? Could a engine that year be built to buyers spec? it also 2/ 30 gallon gas tanks in donor vehicle
