Which Wideband did you install?
I got the AEM 30-0300, so far I like it, I Have it kinda set up so I can plug it onto the cigarette lighter deal so I can swap it from truck to truck

Had some time the last couple days to work on getting the wideband installed in the 77. Seems be working as it should and I hope to do some data logging soon.

Always wanted to get one....maybe when I spend the money on a tune lol.

Side note, I always thought the sensors plugs/wires were supposed to lean toward the engine a tad. googled it and saw a holley vid that showed them straight, but went through where they should be and other "crap" they've seen and what not to do. I think I've got a leak close to them which could be affecting how it's running.

Thanks for getting the wheels turning in my mind.

The biggest improvement in how my truck has been running is locating a vacuum leak I didn't know I had. There is a small hard plastic vacuum line that runs from a vacuum accumulator through the firewall to the heat and AC duct work inside the cab. This small vacuum line had broke, no idea how long I had been driving like this. When I went to fix it, I found that over a foot and a half of this small plastic line was dry rotted, brittle and cracked. So in reality, there has been a small vacuum leak in this line for years. Once repaired and checked with a vacuum pump/gauge the truck has been running better than ever. Sometimes its the simple thins.....

This is where I am today, a year into this project.
Once it was torn down and cab gutted, it needed floor pans and many patches in the fire wall and a lot of cleaning. All new wiring harness from American Auto Wire, dash and heater/AC boxes refurbished. There have been so many little things that have been replaced, fixed or modified to make this swap work I can't even begin to list them all. I am glad I took a lot of pics. When I started this I thought I would be posting daily pics and updates, but as anyone with kids will tell you, life happens.

Quick question, Do you remember how you positioned your motor mounts when you installed the engine, and which motor mounts did you use on the engine side? I have stock clam shells with new bushings and Dirty dingo mounts just curious about placement!

I used ICT billet mounting plates using the factory location holes. Used factory clam shell but had remove the bump in the center. Hope this helps.

How many O2's does this setup have?

Two factory narrow band O2s (stock) from donor truck. Sensor 1 for both banks. I just added a wideband O2 which operates independently and used while tuning.

I have been talking with a CO worker who does tuning on the side. Since I have the MAF tuning complete he has suggested disabling Speed Density and running MAF only. Think I will set the tune up for MAF only and then move on to tuning the timing. Also, while trying to disable Torque Management, I found that it had already been accomplished. I am thinking that the guy who initially removed the VATs and set up my PCM for the swap took care of it since he knew I was running a standard transmission. Which is great. BTW, its not recommended to disable Torque Management if running a auto trans.

One thing you want to log is your knock sensors that way you know if you are pushing your timing to far
