350 accelerates roughly and sometimes idles roughly

Replaced the IAC and no improvement. If anything that actually made it worse. I dont appear to have play in shaft on the throttle body but I may take it apart later today. I took the EGR valve off and inspected it and the valve appears fine. Whether or not the EGR valve is the issue for me, there is still definitely something wrong with it considering theres no change in RPM when manually depressed. Thoughts?

I've been snowmobiling and have not been around my computer. I will check these things all today.. Or try to at least. Thank you for the advice/help!
