    Turn Signal Issues

My son just had the same thing on his 74 with the full LED swap. He bought a reverse polarity plug for the relay and it fixed it right up. You can use jumper wires to see if it works before buying the plug.

    1974 C15 Fleetside 8’ box wooden floor

Could be tough to find they are fairly rare. Best thing would be if you could find a donor vehicle. We just finished up our 74' and lucky it was still in good shape.

    Stepside wood opinions?

We just finished up our wood bed and went with the routed edge to bring the rails down flush. I think it turned out well. That Black Walnut will be as hard as our Wenge to router.

What did you pay for a square

$250 cdn, from an estate sale. Now mind you I did have to go out of my way and drive a whole 1-1/2 hours to pick it up ;). Two days later my son and I had it running and drove it around the backroads. Here is where we are at with it today.

    Wondering about registration in Alberta

We had to get ours inspected for insurance purposes not for the registration. If you can get insurance without the inspection they should have no problem registering it.

Searching for a modern sound system

We ran with a retro radio as well. Lots of plug and play options with them at a reasonable price. Also gives you all the features of a modern system with the original look. As mentioned before it was a little finicky to get into place, but overall manageable. We had great customer service...

    New to the Forum

Nice to see Randy. I built a 76 C10 shortbox stepside with my Dad when I was 14, carrying on the memories.

    New to the Forum

It is the original paint on the truck. Trying to convince my son we should stick with the original color and of course he thinks we should change it to a candy, but we will see.
