    Power Plus Hurricane Intake?

The Hurricane intake is a Chinese knock off and have had issues will the ports matching up. They can be fixed if you want to take the time or spend the money, but a new intake would be cheaper. A 750 carb is too much for a stock engine but will work for one that has some modifications.

Travis, are you doing a resto on this truck? You shouldn't have to have the EGR in Texas.

need some part numbers flex fan to clutch fan

While I do agree with the use of the clutch fan, the flex fan is a good solid choice for reliability. The E-fans are nice but have several concerns, one being what HR pointed out about leaving you stranded. I have concerns about adding them and the up graded headlight, stereo, driving lights...

    Timing mark on 4.3

0 degrees on the tab will be the notch closest to the tube and the balancer will have a groove in it.

    Engine wiring/vacuum connections!

Yes that is an ESC, not an ECM. That would explain the mimssing fuses.

Yes it is behind the glove box, open it and look up and to the left.

    Engine wiring/vacuum connections!

If the truck still has the ecm and you are hooking up all the equipment you will have to have power to the ecm. I don't remember the size fuses to requires but I can check when I get home.

    cracked rotted frame

They do sell frame sections but if you don't have the equipment to do a section it will be difficult. The easiest way will be to find a frame and just replace it.

The ALDL should be on the driver's sdie. http://www.extreme-check-engine-light-codes.com/GM%20OBD1%20Decoder.htm Here is a good visual reference.

    Cruise Control

Check the fuses first, always. The most common that I used to see was a bad fuse of a bad brake light switch.

    Engine wiring/vacuum connections!

That would be the easiest, but there is a way to pull codes by shorting the ALDL and reading the flashes of the Choke light. You can place a jumper between pins A & B of the ALDL. The Choke Light will display a series of flashes for each code present. A long flash is the first number and the...

    Engine wiring/vacuum connections!

You can use a DVOM to do a prelim check on the charging system. It should read 13.2 - 14.3 with the engine running. If the choke light does not go off after the engine starts the ecm either has codes or has no power, check the fuses first.

TBI Throttle Body Tear Down and Rebuild.

Not usually. The leaks would be prone to the areas where the gasket to gasket contact is found. THe pod and intake would not be likely to leak if the surfaces were clean and level.

I run the ProCar seats and mounts. Very little modification to fit them , had to drill two holes for each seat.

    Dropped Front, No Brakes

Inspect the front hose to line connections, and the hoses. Last year mine acted the same way and I found a leak in the hoses just behind the crimp on the hose. It wasn't enough to cause a puddle but it did have a damp area on the hose.
