Timing mark on 4.3

Can some one point me to "0" degrees? It's on a 1986 C10 with a 4.3 engine..

0 degrees on the tab will be the notch closest to the tube and the balancer will have a groove in it.

Thanks. I got it figured out. When I first put the timing light to it, the white line was showing lined up on the tube. It was why advanced, back it back down to 0 (lined up with that 1st, fat, tooth, and played with the carb and a vacuum gauge. She purring real good now and was holding a steady 18.5 in. Hg.
