That plug looks like it fits a sensor of some sort.
Look at the wiring diagram for the car.
Probably only fits in one connector..so it cant be installed incorrectly.
Could be the speed sensor on the transmission?
It's probably cheapest to find a parts truck off cl.
Nobody is going to take off single brackets.
I have a couple of olds motors in great shape..but like you..I need all the engine pulleys and brackets.
Be glad your hunting a chevy 350..and not olds parts...very hard to find at reasonable prices.

Says most auto parts stores carry a kit with plastic fuel line and comes with multiple connectors to make custom lines.
Call a quality parts store like napa.
Should have what you need.
Id invest in an O2 sensor for the tail pipe.
Correct air fuel ratio is 14.7 parts air to one part fuel.
Check the ratio before leaving..and adjust accordingly...along the way...
