    What centercaps do you have?

Yes, your spare is what you are looking for.

    What centercaps do you have?

Lol! I doubt he will trade for rally's. The dog dish compatible wheels came in both 5 and 8 lug versions. The five lug versions should be readily available. I know the caps for the 5 lugs are more plentiful than the bigger 8 lug caps. Wheel Vintiques makes what you want...

Looking for the elusive disposable Th200 Non Lock-Up

I think what you have is a 200-4R, which, IMO, can be quite nice. Before that was the TH200 (?), which didn't have OD.

Looking for the elusive disposable Th200 Non Lock-Up

I never realized you are from MI. Where abouts are you? I am in Coopersville, in the middle of the Grand Rapids/Muskegon/Holland triangle. There was another guy on here that lived in the Detroit area and had a cottage in the Holland area. He seemed pretty cool.

Looking for the elusive disposable Th200 Non Lock-Up

I had to go back and read posts from him... I really shook my head when he said Holland, Michigan. #*$!, that is too close for comfort to me. NCTypoonKid, keep up the good work! I love me my G-bodies. 85 SS in my garage.

    Th350 MPG question

IMO... maybe 1 more mpg. Lockup doesn't lower your rpm down by a significant enough amount to make a big difference.

    Any original squares out there?

This might be even more helpful for you! I woke up at 3am remembering this page from a GM Heritage Document I have on my computer. Whether these codes translate 40 years later or not, is the big question.

    Tach conversion kits

I had gotten mine from LMC also, very early on when they were offering them. The person I worked with seemed like they actually cared. I sent them pics of the OEM one I had and the repopped one showing them exactly where they were different, and why those differences were making it impossible...

    Tach conversion kits

Hopefully the tach you get fits better than the one I had bought a while ago. The stamping that was used for them was terrible. All the radius' were washed out so bad I could not even get the stupid thing to bolt up. I ended up sending it back and using an old one. I had to have the circuit...

What have you done to your square lately??

I have a great little shop in town that does alternators and starters. I trust their guy to rebuild them rather than take a chance on one from a parts chain store. I get my batteries from them too. Shop local!

    H - Pipes

You may be on to something and you don't realize it. Back when my dad and his buddies were drag racing, they would use a wax pencil and put a line on the exhaust. The transition point of that wax line melting is where they would open up the exhaust. Of all the testing they did, when they...

So many people think the TBI engines are Vortec engines due to them having center bolt valve covers.

What have you done to your square lately??

Thank you for the compliments! It had some work done over 20 years ago, but I agree, they are really hard to find in "original" condition. I usually turn down two or three offers to buy it, a year.
