Finally received the 22x9 gm transport steelie wheels that I ordered all the way from Canada this afternoon. It's a small step, but a step non the less for my 64 c10 build. Now I just need to get tires and mount them.

What's the most dangerous tool in your shop?

Definately my gas powered concrete scarcifier. With the 5 h.p. Honda motor, whizzing away at my 6000rpm and industrial diamond impregnated steel steel teeth....yeah.....it's noisy, dusty and FIERCE ! Twice now, my guys while gring concrete have hit rebar. The spinning teeth broke loose and...

What have you done to your square lately??

....I was able to find a 33x9.50x15 bfg a/t. It was special order and I needed it as a spare on my Toyota 4x4 rig. About the only people using a 33x9.50 are offroad racers. They are commonly used on class 2 buggies.

What have you done to your square lately??

Okay....so not my squarebody...but my new 22" GM transport wheels are on their way from Canada...eh. Can't wait to get them mounted and ditch the 15" chrome American Racing spokes. Now all I have to do is source some gm hubcaps (dogdish). Slow progress, but with the summer heat, slow progress...

...My 64 c10 does the same thing. Seems like the self lubricating technology dates back quite awhile in Chevy history.

    Guess The Tool

Dammnit...you guys are good !! The tool is used to remove the drive pad from the base of our Clark Super 7 floor sanding "edgers". Without this "tool", most people wedge a screwdriver into the cooling fan above the armature and use another screwdriver and a hammer on the pad to spin and relase...

    Headers for lowered 87

I have a small block 350, with tbi in my 84ish square (cab is an 87, bed is an 86). My header flanges lay on the pavement, then again the truck is bagged. I am not sure of the headers that I have. I bought them from my local hot rod/speed shop. Anyways...the flanges hang approximately 3 inches...

Looking for opinions on Lowering Kits

If you install drop shackles, you may have to notch the bed reinforcement rails for clearance. I had to before my truck was bagged.

Looking for opinions on Lowering Kits

Some people who have installed the rear flip kit did not install a mini notch. I did because I wanted some extra clearance for the rear axle.

Looking for opinions on Lowering Kits

McGaughy drop spindles..2 inch paired with 2 inch drop coils for the front...flip kit for the rear along with shock extensions so you can still keep the factory length shocks, unless you want to upgrade to drop shocks (much better ride). I had Mcgaughys setup in the front until I decided to...
