New here, definitely not my first square body. Probably my 7th. But this one will be the most fun. Was building an 03 extended cab, but stumbled upon an 82 c10 shorty. Decided to toss my parts at that instead. Combo will be forged 370, 76mm turbo, 4l80e.

Here is the truck I started on. Was a 4.8, t56 combo with 4.88 gears. Put 10,000 miles on it then ripped it apart. Going to stash it in the garage and decide what to do with it.

Its duplicolor galaxy grey metallic. Factory color on my 03.

Curious about the 03 and the console shifter? Never seen that before in that generation. What transmission does it have? That looks to be a short throw shifter, I can't imagine it to be a NV4500.

I am also interested in this as well as how the clutch is set up.

Was a t56 from a camaro. Clutch pedal was from a 5spd Silverado. Was fun to drive. But can't handle the weight of a pickup at 800-1000hp.
