I was wondering if anyone has pictures of their C10 with a 4/6 drop and running 17’s or 18’s?

Was wondering the same thing myself. When all said and done, my 86 should be in the 3/5 - 4/6 range and I want to run 18's instead of the bigger wheels. Want it to still look like "dad's ol' pickup truck", but can't run stock because they're too small for my upgrades. I think 18's will be the sweet spot

No good pics but buddy has done a couple 72 ish trucks. 3/5 range drop, no channeling or front tubs. Sitting on 18s looks great. Definitely a good balance between OE look and big wheels.
I went 20s but haven’t lowered yet. I like that look but it’s subjective.
IMO 20s don’t result in rubber band look. But there’s a few considerations with front drop spindle type, change in track width compared to tire size and offset.
Lots of good info been presented and hashed out here with a little search.

I see 17s or 18s on a lowered square every so often and just IMO, it always looks goofy. Especially if we're talking 3/5 or 4/6 and not 5/8 or 6/9. The wheel wells are so long front to back and large overall, you need a bigger wheel to fill it up or be super low. Which also is an imperfect reasoning because 15s look great. 17s or 18s are just like the early teenage years, awkward lol

@Frasier433 - I have a flip in the rear (so 6" or so) and 4" in front (2.5" spindles and 1.5" springs).
I wish I would have gone with 3" spindles just to keep more spring under the truck but...I didn't.
