Looking at some wheels for the C10. Most likely 15" AR61's. Thinking about 275/60-15 on the back and maybe a 235/70-15 on the front as they are right at the same size. I have dropped the back with 2" drop shackles and cut 1 coil from the front for roughly the same. Hoping it will fill the back wheel well enough for my liking. One thing that bothers me is the rear wheels inset more that the front. Thinking either 10" back and 8" front or maybe 8" back and 7" front. What are the pros and cons to any of these setups?

The 10" AR61s are listed as a 4" backspace. That would rub the fender on my truck. Should work for you if your truck is going to sit as pictured. Mine has a flip kit so it's lowered about 7". 8" would look good on your front I think and 235 would work on an 8".

I love the 10" rears, wanted big and fat back there and I wanted to stay with 28" tall to fill out the wheel well. The 255/60s are a bit shorter at 27".
My rears have a 4.5" backspace so they can tuck under the fender even as low as my truck is. The front track is narrower than the rear but in my case I wanted the big and little look. Just depends on how much stagger you're looking for. The 275/60 will work on an 8" wheel as well, so that's still an option. What size wheel and tire is on your front now?

I'm looking to get a set of American Racing Torque Thrust originals in 7 and 8.5" just to switch up the look. They don't offer a 10" which would be my preference but the 8.5 has a 3.79 back space so still looks pretty deep.

Sounds like 7" front and 8" rear wheels are what you're after. That way you can run the 235/70 and 275/60 without it looking "weird". I will say that your truck sits a little high for a big and little set up. Looks better on a lower truck IMO.

Ok. Question is will the 10" wheel fill the wheel well more or not even be enough to notice?

8" AR61 has a 3.75" back space. 10" wheel is a 4" back space. So difference of 1.75" toward the outside. Definitely noticeable difference I would say. When I say fill out the wheel well I mean vertically. Sounds like you mean horizontally. Look at the pics of my truck and imagine the rear wheel tucked in 1 and 3/4"

I don't know if the track width on these trucks is the same front and rear, but if so, then using 8 and 10" wheels will set the front 1 3/4" narrower than the rear. My front track is tucked in just over 3" narrower than the rear on a 6" wheel as you can see in the last pic. You said that would bother you so that's why I suggested 7s and 8s. With the 7 and 8s front track width would only be 1" narrower.

7" wheel and 235/70 would give you a pretty vertical side wall on the tire. 8" and 275/60 would do that as well. My 6" wheel pulls the side wall in, 10" pulls the side wall out. I didn't use a 7" on the front because I already had the stock 6" wheels and wanted that big and little look. If I felt like spending the money I might do the 7s just to even up the side walls but not a big deal for me.
