Progress report on the lift install. Got started on it a lot later than I wanted to as I had put that other Dodge parts truck up for sale on the 26th and was waiting for the buyer to show up yesterday. Was only five hours late or so, but was able to sell that truck for $700 (I bought it for $400, took the front clip, replaced it with a crappier one from the other parts truck, also included a bunch of spare parts with it). That is a bit of a story for another thread I think though.
Ended up beginning on it around 7pm and got home at 4:30am Got some rearranging to do at the shop. I went with a 9K lb extra tall/wide/long unit and its about 10 foot wide. I think I will be moving the sandblaster over to the other side of the shop. Some might say I have too much stuff.

Other than the physical size of most of the parts it is pretty straight forward to assemble. Gantry crane really helped with this.
