Back to the man cave. Organizing the tools in the tool chest and trying to get some things off that awful pegboard. While I was at it, I hung up the “Truck It” board- by dad hand painted it and it sat for years up against the cab of our ‘54 Chevy 3100 in stake holes. The stakes themselves were pretty rotten, so I knocked them off.

The license plates are off his ‘68 Vette (registered in ‘91- he saved it for me because it was the year I graduated), the 1973 plate off the ‘54 (my birth year) and then the old “VW4EVER” from when I was young and hardcore into VWs. Think next I’m going to find some way to organize the die casts and maybe hang up some other plaques and pictures.

I have never used the foot switch, but the rest of that definitely is a handy setup. With the correct blades, it will even cut through 1/2" plate like it's nothing al all.

When using it vertical on the bench all the time, you do have to pop off the lower cover often though, to clear out all the debris that collects.

Somewhat along the same lines... Haven't been able to sell this monstrosity, so I wound up putting it in the garage. Had a little rack system cabinet in there. My wife bought so e new bedroom furniture, and this was in there.

Got a couple of things. A small tubing bender. My youngest daughter and her new husband got me a I Love You present. Four mini vice grips. Which I think will be handy for small welding projects.

Classy! I had an oriental rug in my workshop for a while that got a lot of comments. Similar situation, out of the house, no sale, into the shop it went. lol

Couple of things from Harbor Freight, and another set of wheel dolly's to replace the pair I ruined unloading the Dodge off of the rollback.

I think the plug and caps will be very handy for painting and media blasting. Should work for powder coating too. Have the oven, just need a powder coat gun.

I should have a very large "tool" on the way, but will share more when it arrives.

I picked up a Klein pass through socket set over the weekend. It feels like good quality, even though it’s a small set and I didn’t really need the pass through lol. I’m looking at their wrench sets and impact sockets too. Thinking about buying some new stuff and giving my older sockets and wrenches to my son so that he can have a small setup when he starts driving in a few years. I’ll likely go mostly Klein.
