It came with the dust collector from HF. But they vented it outside. The factory fan that came on top of the cabinet works great, but I have no collection source. I'm debating whether to cut a hole in my shop wall and vent it out the back, or into a bucket of some sort

If you do not climate control your shop space, or don’t mind losing conditioned air, venting outside is fine.

However, with a cyclone separator and a quality filter, like a Wynn environmental or Donaldson class 8 truck filter (what I use on my dust collector in the Woodshop) it should actually make the air in your space “cleaner” (lower particle count) than without it.

The stock filter bags that come on most dust collectors will work, but are not the correct micron rating for collecting the fines properly.

Have fun with that added capability though. Having a good blasting setup is almost like cheating, cleaner parts with less work.

After having a cyclone - I couldn't be without one now.

Yuss.
I totally didn't take photos of it yesterday.
Here we are.
The video on Amazon seemed to make it look super easy to check with.

So that plastic piece is a s type lock that goes in the top of my fermenter every month to let the yeast gas out and keep the wild yeast from getting in. ROFL.

Been working towards getting things (more) organized up at the shop, the wrench drawers were in pretty sorry shape, I bought some more wrench rails, OEMTOOLS 22218, I used these in my 72" box at home and like them. At $10 for a pair they are very reasonable compared to toolbox widget or others. And simple. They have an adhesive strip on the bottom.

This is my home box wrench drawers for reference, pretty efficient use of space.

Finally bagged one of these rev-nut tools. Got this one because it has so many sizes - reviews are good too. My buddy says this will create plenty of Kodak moments...lol

That's really nice, twice the mandrels that are in my Astro kit. :pimp:

I don't know if you've used one of those before but I learned that when setting a nut you do not completely close the handles, only squeeze far enough to set the nut. Closing the handles all the way usually goes beyond the necessary range needed and can break the mandrel from the stress. I haven't broken any of mine but every time I use it I struggle with the desire to completely close the handles. :insane:

Got this at the ole HF today. Been wanting one for awhile, but just wouldn't spend the 95 bucks on it. The HF that is closest to me was clearly them out for 40 bucks.
