Thanks but it really isn't anywhere close to perfect. Kind of like my roommate...it looks good from far but when you get close it looks far from good!

Jesus I hope Mrs. Redfish never finds that post...
For the years I’ve been on here, this is not the post you should worry about her seeing….lol!

Honestly I don't know if BigUn can even read. I mean she does okay with restaurant menus and labels in the grocery store...

If anyone asks me what I want for Christmas... A Divorce would be nice. The Feed Bill Grocery Bill is killing me.

Man, I got a buddy who I hired, used to say the same chit.
Like “****** I woke up this morning, thought a bear was in my bedroom but it was just the wife bending over with no underpants on! Had to go get her a new pair made down at the canvas and awning shop…”
He is a wrinkly skinny dude who believes 20/20 is a good day. 20 smokes and 20 beers. So I thought it was plausible that his wife may be a large very hairy lady….
Nope, could t be farther from the truth. Vicky is the sweetest little lady ever. Except one night Kenny fell face first in a mud puddle leaving the roundy round races. He basically just cycled the line at the beer stand all night.
He got up and she kicked him so hard he loaded back in the mud. Then he went to get in her car. (He wasn’t drivin, couldn’t even walk..) That’s when she made him trip down to his underwear or she was leaving him at the track! Just left his clothes and boots right there!
Of course she’d get a new Caddy every few years. He drove a 1990 D100 with a busted grille he claimed to have run over a Union laborer who was too fckin slow to get out of his own way! (He was/is a lifelong laborer. Kinda guy run a chipping gun overhead, all day long with popsicle stick arms and a cigarette hanging out a hole cut in his silica respirator!)

So I popped the air filter off and checked out the throttle body. @Ajax19 , Ajax you were more than helpful and spot on with the TBI electronics. @ChuckN , Chad, thanks for pushing me in the right direction. I was looking in to everything it could be and most things pointed to throttle position sensor. I purchased a new middle of the road price wise Duralast TPS with a lifetime warranty to throw at it. I had to get creative with a torx bit and a vice grip to get the old one off and new one on. Cranked up the truck and revved in park with no over the top sputtering. Took it around the long block and it is definitely back for now. Accelerating normal for now and I am smiling again.

Fresh shocks all around, and a carb rebuild with well plug seal. My how nice it is to have time off to work on things.
