After thinking about it and redrawing it 10 times, I took the easy way out.
Now to cover it and I'll be good to go...........
(Cup holder insert is GM Tahoe?, tray is a Tacoma piece. Got both from Amazon)

By special request.......
Here's some info on my cupholder.
Measurements are on the pieces.
I used a 1 x 10 pine board to cut the parts from.

The above piece is the same for the left side.

You will need to figure out the bottom of the unit to match a particular floor/carpet design.
(My seat end piece is 5 1/2" high and the front end piece is 6 1/2" " high. Yours could vary depending on the floor arrangement)
I have a 2 WD truck. I used a piece of cardboard to make a templet to get the top kinda level.
The braces for the cup holder and tray were measured and formed with the unit upside down if that helps.
The cup holder is somewhat tilted on the bottom, so that brace is at an angle to support it.
I will ad a screw thru the bottom of each to hold them to the braces.

Ask if you have questions......... or if I left something out.

Yesterday was a great day for my squares. The 84 is ready to be picked up today from the shop and I scored two sweet doors for the 82 that I picked up after work. It's so hard to find good parts around the Houston area anymore. This guy has a couple of squares in his yard he's parting out. He's going out of state to buy them as there's nothing around here at all. He don't sell anything with rust on them. He's going to south Carolina today to pick one up. I said wow that far huh. He said yup gotta go where they are.

The 84 is home with new starter, led lights working properly and new smooth a$$ throttle cable. It got rid of that loop that made it hard to press the gas pedal. If anyone has that same issue I can get one like this from him if any of y'all want one. He custom made it to fit right.

The 2 doors for the 82. No rust, electric windows and locks everything is there. Even door panels are not too bad. If they were blue it'd be perfect. Lol
