LMC sells repro door panels in saddle that have the holes marked where to cut for power locks and door trim .

I strongly suspect the speaker holes are not.

If yours are in good shape, probably worth something , unless you have them mounted in your truck, in which case they are worth more. :p

Speaking of , those gold plated ones you found a while back ever sell ?

:crazy::jawdrop:
I cannot find the picture of them but the ones i have have a speaker box protruding from here. Are they the rarity your talking about?

Pulled the hood today so my son can repaint it. I had a senior moment last fall and left a ratchet in the top pulley. Got distracted for a bit. Went to pull her back into the garage. BAM!!! Literally made me sick. Luckily she was cold and didn’t fire right up. Bad thing is this wasn’t the first time doing this. Cleaned fuel filter and using a hand held starter button to spin the motor to fill everything back up. All this AFTER I just ran the valves using my 1/2” drive ratcheting break over to rotate the motor. And in front of the radiator leaning in. Whopped me on the side of my head and darn near knocked me out.

I dig the blower! Looks fun. That’d make me sick too and my truck is pretty crusty already.

Big block cast numbers are on drivers side rear of the block arent they? The numbers dont look to be a number sequence at all and dont pull anything up, numbers are 899289 and supposedly out of a 76 or 77 c30, I'm trying to figure out a rebuild kit so I can work on getting it put into the k10

Put 185 retaining wall blocks in the bed. The bumper was pretty low....Apparently 185 blocks at 24 pounds each equals waaaaaaaay overloaded the ol girl.

Man that houndstooth pattern is awful busy. I like the door speakers tho.
Yeah- for some reason I keep picturing 80's corduroy pants.:D

They did houndstooth on 69 Camaros but I think it was just black and white- the red really amplifies it ...

:eek:

I have those seats in my '77 K5, I've always liked them. But I liked corduroy pants too.

I can’t imagine driving around in that truck without corduroy pants and a shirt with a hang glider collar under a sweater vest! That being said, I’d drive it and wear my new cords proudly.

No sweater vest, but that's close enough....
