So the round part of the U bolt are on the bottom of the axle...
Alot of stock you bolts go face down where the bolts are on the leaf spring and the bolts on the bottom. The ones I picked up from school make it so the bolts are on the top.

There not quate square they are round but some of them run with the bolt part of the u bolt faceing the ground
That is right side up, hence the name "U"bolt.....
Upside down would have you're bolts chewing rocks.....
I've never seen a Square bend U-bolt on a Squarebody...
EDIT: Guess 1-tons have them that way.

That they may be, and that is "upside down"...
It could be done for several reasons, but technically they are still "upside down"...
So in essence, you turned yours right side up....

removed factory oil pressure, volts, and temp gauge and installed mechanical gauges, i wish i could have gotten a picture that was a good one at night but my phone didn't want to take one that was even close to good but it is what it is lol
