No I didn't, I used a wilwood master cylinder that mounts straight instead of on an angle. I enlarged the speedometer cable hole using it as the lower left side of the master cylinder hole and mounted it there. I had to cut off the post that the return spring mounted to and then cut some of the pad for it away for clearance. I then just drilled a hole to attach the master cylinder rod to after making an extension for it. I was worried that the pedal effort would be high with it being that low on the pedal but its actually not bad at all. Now that I have everything in and working I am going to work on a write up on my swap complete with pictures, part numbers, etc. I searched and searched for info or a swap thread and found lots of scattered info and some of that was incorrect, for my swap anyway. Hopefully it will help someone else out one day....
