I don't think 31" tall were factory? Mine were 235/75r15 which is only a 29" tire

I whited out the VIN, but ran it. It's an 86 k10. Posting pic for future reference.

Crazy. That would be horrible with high gearing. I didnt like them with 3.42. 29.6" tire is actually a lot better with my 3.42. Kinda regret not doing 4.10 when i rebuilt the rear

Replaced the 305 in my 85 K10. with a 327 that I rebuilt. Its amazing has power to get out of its own way, can set the cruise control at 70 mph and go up the big hills and when I get to the top, its still at 70.
Anyone want to buy a 305?

What are you thinking about doing for the audio upgrade? I've been pondering this myself some (sorry if I missed that post somewhere in this thread).

There's more info in my build thread but component sets in each door and two 10" subs in the back with a Pioneer head unit.

Should definitely be a nice improvement over the current setup which is pretty pathetic between the week original speaker in the center of the dash and the two rear stock speakers. It'll be a pretty clean install and I'll be taking plenty of pics :)
