Hey guys I'm starting to change everything on my truck to LED and I'm changing my gauge lights to led I recently got red led bulbs 194 but they weren't bright enough I thought so I got new circuit board still I noticed 2 or 3 lights aren't coming on but I'm sure I'm going to Get LED White I want ones that will be bright and I was asking what is the best LED bulb for that ? Is there any specific ones?

I'm pretty sure that you want to use 168's for the backlights and 194's for the indicator lights.

I did some research on LED instrument panel bulbs a while back, and found lots of posts saying the inexpensive ones, like those you find on eBay, are junk. Name brands like Sylvania seem to be the way to go, but they are expensive.

You might want to google "194 LED" to see what you find. The folks at this Internet store can probably tell you the difference between a $1 bulb and a $10 bulb. And their $6 bulb might be nearly on par with a Sylvania. https://www.superbrightleds.com/cat/miniature-wedge-base/

this may sound really dumb, but there is a sight out there called superbrightleds.com ... I used their leds to redo the gauges on my 03 mustang about 7 years ago and they are all still going today. when I get to setting up my truck gauges, this is where ill go!

Sounds pretty smart to me! I've purchased leds from them for my Sportster that have lasted for years.

I think the period and comma keys on your keyboard stopped working.

I replaced all the lights in my K10 with bulbs from Superbrightleds.com. They worked really well. Got the "cool" colored ones and it's a really white light.

I got these off amazon for like 8 bucks. none of my gauges work other then the fuel level so I figured no need for expensive bulbs yet. I just hate driving in the dark lol.
