Not sure, but those motors are notorious for being junk and going out. One of the best mods you can do, is to take the reservoir out of an 88-91 Chevy/GMC truck. The motor is built in to the reservoir. Just bolt in the reservoir, splice in the wiring under the hood, attach the rubber fluid lines, and you're done. I think I did a little write up a while back on that with pictures if you search

I had to replace mine which was in the reservoir. I got a Delco at Rock Auto. After I got the old one out, I could tell it had dried washer fluid stuck in it. I cleaned that out and now it works too. Might pull yours out and see if it is stopped up and or stuck.

I had a similar issue on our '84 K10 truck. I bought the windshield wiper pump repair kit on Rock Auto and that fixed our problem.

any two wire pump/reservoir from GM or ford from the time should work. I gave my dad my 1988 oldsmobile cutlass reservoir which had flush tabs on one side(easy to mount) and a 2 wire pump. and the pumps can be bought new. and you can put the reservoir anywhere you want.
