Two leaks - 86 C10

Okay, here comes the first of many clueless questions. I'm attaching three pictures of (2) places where I have small leaks. I think the one with the black hose is the fuel pump? I'm not sure what the other part is. My friend said it's part of the power steering system, but he has almost no experience, so I want to check here. Thank you.

edit, yes fuel pump 1st picture. kind of appeared like the back of a PS pump, not bottom of fuel pump
