To whomever knows a little about junction blocks

I am currently having such a time trying to get my headlights to operate as they should. I have replaced the entire front harness with a brand new one and still nothing responds to my headlight switch. I have confirmed that all bulbs are good and so is my switch. My question is, does the switch get its power from the junction block beside the brake booster? The wiring was already tampered with when I purchased the vehicle. Any help would be amazing because I am so stumped right now.

Headlight switch should have 2 power ins 1 from a fusible link that I believe does come off the junction block,2nd one from fuse panel tail light fuse. I think they are red and yellow.Check for 2 hots at switch. Post back
