I am installing a tilt column on my '84 C10.
I have read that the ignition switch is reversed between the 2 columns as the actuator rods move in opposite directions.
Does this mean that the non-tilt column harness plug just twists to connect,
or does the harness plug need to have the pins relocated, or, do I need a new harness plug?

Thanks.

The wiring is the same, you just need to move things around so they will plug in.

GM ignition switch pinout wiring is the same tilt/non tilt. No changes needed.

OK.
I twisted the plugs around and reconnected.
Cranks and runs just fine!
Thanks, y'all.....

But....I have found that the steering itself is a bit off....in order to go right, I have to make 3 lefts......
