So taking the advice of others here i bought a new fan clutch, i swapped that out and started trying to isolate the problem noise. I first fired it up to make sure noise was there... it was. So i pulled all the belts and fired it up with only the engine itself turning and noise seemed to have gone. So after inspecting my belts and playing around i put just the fan belt on in suspicion (probly spelled wrong) that the PS pump was causing it. Noise gone, so i ran to autozone and bought a new fan belt and PS belt. My thinking here is that being its setup for AC but its not on it maybe one belt on the PS pump instead of the 2 it would have with AC is causing undue stress in an odd manner on the pump. So i put 2 belts on the PS pump and gave it a shot! Seems to have cured my noise problem. Also thought id give a look at the valve train so i popped both covers off, inspected and reinstalled new cover gaskets also. When pulling ds valve cover i ripped a damn plug wire outta the boot! Lucky i got extra junk hanging around, i grabbed one from another dist and threw it on. Sorry for the long winded explination. Video is after all this and test drive.

Glad you got the problem fixed. Much better for it to be external than internal!

Since you are concerned about spelling, the Google Chrome web browser has "spell check" which can be enabled in "settings". It checks spelling as you're typing and lets you add words and abbreviation to a dictionary. I assume most other browsers have the same capability. Great for me since I probably average 1-2 mistakes per line! I've always been a pretty good speller, but my brain-to-keyboard coordination isn't what it used to be.:(
