What’s up guys!!!
…so recently I lowered my front end drop spindles, drop springs, drop shocks and I’ve also changed out all of my front end parts, bushings, control arms, ball joints, bump stops you name it…but now I have this squeaking sounds on the right and left as the truck drives. I’ve lubed every grease fitting possible and it’s still squeaking…. any remedies to this situation ????

Did you use urethane bushings or rubber bushings? I've heard that the urethane ones can be loud if not sufficiently greased on installation.

yes i have a sway bar

It could be that the bushings are not happy in their new position at a lower ride height. Or if they are new, poly bushings tend to squeak without grease.

Was gonna say, I hope you didn't use all poly bushings...

Did you tighten everything after the truck was down on the ground with the full weight of the truck?
Also, grease joints and bushings.
