So recently lost a freind to cancer and was gifted his truck by his wife, truck sat for many years and wasnt running so with what little money i have i have began to bring the truck back from the dead and this is where its at now...

Looks like a nice rig. Just do what you can as time and money allows. Start with the most basic repairs to get it safely on the road again, and enjoy it in his memory. You may want to keep it as is, or go full tilt with it.

Is one side all blue and the other has a stripe?
Also I’d put a brace on that hood pronto before it folds up on you. Looks salvageable still now. Hate to crease and crack a good hood…
