I have an 86 chevy c30 dually with a th400 trans fixed yoke 2 piece driveshaft. I recently put in a new b&m traveller TH400 transmission and when I did I had to swap over the tailshaft yoke from the old th400. At the time I just put in a new seal for a th400 and now it leaks. I did notice when bolted the fixed yoke on that there was little to any clearance between the yoke and the seal. Now I can see where the yoke has been grinding on the seal. What is the proper seal for this truck? Is there any trick to maintain clearance between the yoke and seal? Any help you might have would be greatly appreciated.
