It's all good. No worries. Did you get all the info or answers you're looking for??? I think there might have been some confusion in your question too. Mainly about hte Humvee wheels. Obviously Swampers aren't going to be the optimal choice for this truck and your stated purpose. Of course to answer the question about the tires, YES YOU CAN put Swampers on your truck it just won't be practical at all for a number of reasons.

If you’re considering “traditional” mud tires and Coopers,
their new line of Evolution MTs are very reasonably priced.
More like a Duratrac or Toyo RT in that they’re slightly less aggressive than a STT or other full on mud tire. But for the price they seem pretty nice.
Set of 31s for the Jeep was just under $500 online, delivered. Same price as no name China bombs.
Maybe worth considering
