Welcome aboard, awesome burb. (You probably know this) but unlike the door motors where the polarity is reversed to either raise or lower the window, the rear window motor works differently whereas it uses chassis ground through the motor housing itself and direction is controlled by witch of the two terminals recieve 12 volts.
