Nice install man! Looks like it was fairly painless, too. How long did it take ya to do it?
A lot of time with takin pics and all, but if ya did it balls to da walls, I'd say the nieghborhod of about 2 to 3 hours. If I could go back and do it again, I'd have bought all the stock hanger hardware too.

2 or 3 hours wouldn't be too bad. With as many detailed pics as you took the job probably took you all day considering your "photo ops"

The silicone spray helps if the pipe connections are real tight and helps you be able to position the pipes as you tighten the system up. I also used that spray on those stock hanger pieces so they slide through those rubber frame mounts easier.

How did you like those band clamps? Are they easier to use than the regular u-bolt clamp?

They are a bitch to toruque down to get them to seal, you need a 1/2" drive or a impact gun, but when you do, they are nice. And you can still take it apart and nothing is pinched or dented.

Nice write up. Now does anyone make a full kit like this for an 85 K20 350 with Federal HD Emissions. The Walker site only had the mufflers no pipes.

Thier web site sucks. You got to find a local dealer that has thier catalog, they show every single piece of the stock exhaust in that book and the part numbers, even the hanger hardware. My local dealer that had that book was a Parts-Plus.
