Hello, my 76 Cheyenne is too quiet. It currently has stock manifolds into a y-pipe to a catalytic converter, about 30 inches of pipe to a generic large muffler and the above the axle and out behind the wheel. It sounds pretty good when you get up on it, however in the cab it is way to quiet. https://youtu.be/T2ZhulZ6Dd4

Here is a video of my late Grandfathers 72 C-20. Has a 350 with stock manifolds and twin pipes to glass packs above the axle. This is the sound I want, however just in a single exit.
What I am thinking is get rid of the Cat, put a 22"-30" glass pack (what I need help with, choosing length and location), then current exit out behind the axle.
I would love to hear your suggestions and recommendations and if you have a similar setup. Thanks for stopping on by.
