you could use a 4x4 shackle but i would cut off the top and drill out the rivits and just use the 4 bottom holes to bolt it to the frame

The shackles are off a chevy 1 ton crewcab and i measured and from bolt to bolt they are 6 inches.

Your tape measure is broken, or it's not A stock shackle.

my crew cab shackles are 4'' its a 1 ton

the 2 wheel drive bracket is shorter and does not hang as low as a 4x4 mount

if you want more lift cut your front hangers off and space them down 2' or so with a peice of square tube then redrill the mounting holes

then use 2 wheel drive brackets on the rear for the shackle flip

if you want more lift cut your front hangers off and space them down 2' or so with a peice of square tube then redrill the mounting holes

then use 2 wheel drive brackets on the rear for the shackle flip

Not the ideal way to do things, as the tube can crush under side loads. A simple angle bracket with beefy gussets would work better.
