sm465 throwout fork

hey all....so im a little confused on what parts I need for my clutch. im having a local clutch place turn my flywheel and new clutch. I would like to replace my pivot ball, and throwout fork while im in there.

it s sm465 non-hydrolic clutch. I would really appreciate it somebody could gimme a part number or a link or something to the parts.
