short pin ‘a’ to ‘b’ on ADL???

How do I short pin ‘a’ to ‘b’ on ADL - with a paper clip or jumper wire? I’m basically just connecting the two?

Hey all- I was googling incorrectly- I found a video that answered my question. It was, as I thought. I was over thinking it.
