can you buy a new needle with wire & clip? if so where. my square is a 1976 C-20 Sub.

It’s also common that the little plastic piece the wire slides on may have broken. It’s molded as part of the plastic cluster housing, so you have to replace the housing to fix it properly. Not real expensive from LMC, but it requires quite a bit of time to pull the cluster and swap everything over to the new housing.
