Hi all. I’m in the process of rebuilding my Grandpas 79 Big 10 he bought new. It’s been a member of the family for years, my mom even took her license test in it. He passed it down to me and I drove it for a few years before I rear ended a car stopped on the interstate with no lights on in the rain. Insurance totaled it of course and I bought it back from them. The frame was pretty much straight except for the bumper horns. I got the frame straightened and I’ve put all new sheet metal on the front end. The engine is out right now and I’ve rebuilt the heads and put in a mild cam. Also trying to paint the frame and powder coat a few bits under she hood. Hoping to have it running by spring time.

Welcome from Austria. Great that you bring it back to the streets.
