I found this pic online with no other info. I think it would fit my C10 bench seat combo. I could always modify the Hurst/saginaw setup that I have waiting to go in.

Nice little 4 spd Saginaw there. Not sure how well it would fit, I've got a 3 spd Saginaw that the PO moved the 3 on the tree to a floor shifter using a vintage Daytona shifter. They removed the bench and put some older buckets out of God only knows what into it. I've since gotten another bench to slap into it and have to make sure that my shifter will clear the bench as well. Kind of waiting until I get her running and on the road before attempting to tackle that part of it. Looking at it initially, it appears that it should fit considering where it's coming up through the floor. As long as the bench is slid back all the way, it should clear, but it could be a potentially snug fit.

That pic isn’t my trans. Mine currently has the shifter mounted far back on the tail housing. I’ve heard all you need is a tri-five Chevy bench seat shifter shaft to work in a square with a bench. But, I could replicate the set up above and hopefully use a straighter shaft.

After some research, I think it’s a G body set up

Look at this picture,it is a 3 speed saginaw, with a bracket and shift rods to locate the shifter rearwards. 3 speed and 4 speed saginaw shifter wize, shift rod wize are very similiar, just the addition of a separate reverse lever. Anyways I think you could make a bracket and shift rods to move your shifter forward. You would have the option of going forward and up a little if needed.

Thanks for the pic. I’ll make something that uses some old mount holes, plus the tail housing bolts. Then shorten the rods.
