My grandfather purchased an '85 K10 Scottsdale, 305 paired with a 4 speed with granny gear in the late 80's. Upon his passing in '98, my father was gifted the truck. Fast forwarded to today, dad has no interest in restoring it, so come spring, that is my desire. Get it at least road worthy for now. I want to rebuild the 350 that replaced the 305, rebuild the tranny and inspect the steering and brakes.
