Good to know this thanks... but it's designed for a much lighter truck... they are too weak and will do little to nothing other than entertain you as it's installed.I just found that the rear sway bar from a 98 s10 blazer will workwith my 10 bolt rear and line up to the frame. Id just need to drill holes in the frame and figure out what end links to use.
I'm with challenge you actually feel it makes a difference. To my way of thinking it's too small a diameter spring steel to do much. Also the design... if you were to straighten it out it would be twice the width. The longer a spring the less rate.S10 Blazer/Jimmy 2 doors fit perfect! since i have a 7 inch drop in the back i install the bar up side down, and man that change my ride! more stable on pot hole, in curve, and even in accelaration
total cost: $17 for the SB and $20 for new 95 S10 front end link!

2005 Z52 4x4 VS my plain jane C10 weight will be close i think and for now the ride is way better mosly in thigh corner.. i know is not the big autocross bar but for the low budget ingenering that i love try to achive is a good start.....just add extended shock braket, ride is even better continue to try/error to play with it!I'm with challenge you actually feel it makes a difference. Don't need no stinkin' swaybar.
I could replace my rear springs with concrete block for a softer ride.
Has anyone EVER seen or have pics of a 2nd Gen Blazer (or Jimmy), with a full removable top, 4WD with a rear sway bar?
Well, I ended up returning the Addco sway bar. It's designed for the end links to attach to the leaf spring u-bolts using an adapter bracket, and the center section attaches to the frame rails. Very unusual.I just ordered this Addco #202 rear sway bar from Summit Racing. Will report back on the Addco's fit and performance.
